THE GYM

CrossFit Embrace is Dothan's original CrossFit Affiliate. Owned and operated by Landon and Keisha Brazell, CFE has been training athletes in the Wiregrass area since 2010. They have established a team of excellent coaches who work with each athlete to get their desired results. Each new participant begins with a Foundations Course to teach the basic movements and techniques of CrossFit in order to promote proper form and safety. Then moving into regular classes where the workouts are universally scalable for any age or fitness level. Gradually, each athlete can increase their intensity level according to their individual skill, fitness, and ability.

FOUNDATIONS

Foundations Beginners Course is for anyone looking to get started at CrossFit Embrace.  The classes last about one hour for a total of 3 sessions. First class is always free!

CROSSFIT CLASSES

We want to make you a better athlete and a better individual through the sport of fitness. Everything we do is geared toward providing you with the atmosphere, equipment, instruction, camaraderie, and motivation to become greater today than you were yesterday.

CROSSFIT KIDS

CrossFit Kids is geared for children from ages 5-10 years old. Certified CrossFit Kids instructor Keisha Brazell works on the foundational aspects of CrossFit, health, fitness, and fun with each group.

FIERCE

​A high intensity class utilizing primarily body weight movements and light weights.  A great option for those looking to burn a lot of calories in a high energy atmosphere!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training can be one on one or in periodic small groups who are offered sessions by one of our lead coaches. Schedule and pricing varies.
